We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • The item must include all original tags, labels, or accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as personal care items, undergarments, or sale/clearance products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to the address provided.

Please do not send returns to our warehouse without prior approval.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items
